Yes it's heated one and they had to order it from the factory. The guy did his best but it was a bit beyond his skill set. When I got home (my wife signed for it) I noticed the stud, I also had to refit the mirror and take the dashboard off again to straighten out some of the switches. To be honest I'm not letting them anywhere near the car ever again and so I'll need to fix this myself.
