Saw this recently but, for the life, cannot remember where on this site. I believe it's a custom job from one of the Morgan dealers in Germany. Pictures I saw had a wooden box fitted to the actual contours of the transmission. Then the padding and leather are added. As you can see in these pix that it is not a rectangular shaped in cross section but a trapezoid, thereby giving you more leg room.
The stock Morgan housing is a very simple shape to create which makes it much faster to build.
