Doors open, fasten front first, then lift the bars and drape the hood over them to keep them in place. Fasten down the verticals fasteners inside the "boot", then the poppers and twistie things and tighten the swivels.
Maybe you real Morganeers never put the hood up and that's why you're slower ;-)
That is interesting....I always start from the back and now the logic of your method screams out...I will certainly give it a go!
Someone watching me erect mine (oo er missus!) could only add the comment that they use a bungy to hold the frame up while putting the hood. With your method - No Bungy Required!
