Wind deflectors, rather than screens
Without anything to go on, other than my gut feeling on English usage, I'd say it's the same, except that the polycarbonate "deflectors" are lower than what constitutes a screen according the ADR.
I'm also interested what they mean by:
Hopefully that doesn't mean they're installing some short "race" mirrors instead of stalked ones.
The higher roll-over hoops might just a design disaster in the looks-department. Luckily, it shouldn't be too difficult to cut them shorter from the bottom up.
