As regards Throttle Bodies - I know several people that have them fitted and certainly seem to give power and torque (and noisier intake) but critical issue as discussed in so many threads is getting cold air to them. Ideally they should have a bonnet scoop to get the maximum effect and at around £ 3,000 a go not an inexpensive step. Either way you do need to have the exhaust end sorted first (4/2/1/ Manifold and Sports Cat). It will stay on my shopping list but quite a way down I fear.
