Now the cooler weather has arrived I've reverted to using half the tonneau (when on my own !) Last winter I used it a lot in windy weather and it has stretched quite a bit. I tried soaking it in warm water hoping for some shrinkage as it dried but that didn't work.
I'm now wondering about fixing something to run front to back to support it and help stop the flapping, perhaps a tent pole attached with velcro .Anyone tried anything similar ?
Also now I'm in a getting ready for winter mood , I'd be interested in any reproofing recommendations .
BTW I wonder why they aren't large enough to cover the whole of the leather arm rests , being a bit bigger would probably stop water getting in under the front corner .
