Wow! This keeps getting more and more frustrating.
It's been a month since the failure and they still don't have the parts to fix the car or a solid date on when they will have it fixed. Several times they've said that the parts were shipped and would arrive xxx only to recant a few days later and say the parts hadn't shipped yet.
How is it possible that a company that sells thousands of cars with the same engine doesn't have any spares for parts?!
