Well a good four hours today in the garage and I have the driver's side completed. I'm pleased with the result and as you can see the hinge's were not looking too good.
I had some feed back on fitting the new hinges to older Morgan's from Melvyn Rutter )I'd thought I would post in case it helps others in the future.
We have fitted stainless hinges to older cars. The trick is to let the hinges into the door and the hinge post so they are flush.
Removing approx 2 mm of wood and metal will do the trick.
