All my friends say that the car is enough "out there" that a single paint scheme should be enough but I do think that this car calls for a 2 tone paint scheme. I feel isolated in that opinion right now but am open to suggestions.
Any opinions out there? Please.
Congratulations Michel, you have certainly taken the right decision.
Now the difficult bit, how to spec it? I think that just because the car is "out there" it needs to have a colour scheme to reflect this and consequently, I think that you should go with your feelings and for me duo-tone is the way to go.
I posted the photo of the Old English White Aero at the factory and in the flesh, and to my eyes, it didn't work too well. I love this colour on Trads, but imho the Aero needs a metallic colour to pick up the light on its flowing lines. The big decision is whether to put the darker colour on the wings (
) or on the body?
Good luck with your colour choice and whatever you do don't go for the 'vanilla' option.
