I'm not sure about Fiat.

Fiat now owns; Alfa Romeo, Lancia, Ferrari, Maserati, and Chrysler. It also gets royalties from many automotive inventions including the the Common Rail Diesel. In addition it has divisions that are occupied with commercial, industrial and agricultural vehicles.

It is true that they can be critised for quality issues but then who is exempt from that hide
