I'm not happy.
My brakes still aren't fixed. Apparently it still pulls to the right, but not as bad as it did. I refused to take it back until its properly sorted and missed another good Sunday for a ride out...
I've now owned my M3W for 13 weeks. Its spent 4 of those weeks at the dealers. Ok, it spent a few days there having its first service (and some minor(ish) faults fixed), but it's also suffered bevel box disintegration (on the first full day of ownership), an engine oil leak requiring a replacement head gasket and now a seemingly impossible to fix brake problem.
I've got very used to seeing an empty space in the garage where the M3W should be parked up.....its as if I don't really own the car at all, and I'm reaching the point where I'm beginning to wish I didn't!
I bought the M3W for fun and some adventure. I wasn't expecting 100% reliability, but I now feel that I have made a really BIG mistake. If I could turn the clock back I probably would....
I feel its time to express my frustration to the factory, but who should I contact? Who might show some "Customer Care"?
Your suggestions please
