I did it on a 1981 4/4 with no servo. The pedal became lighter but with a little longer travel. The brake effect improved a lot. The only side effect was that due to lack of space the damper blades had to go and be replaced with the roller bearing conversion.

Thanks for all the advise. I took the Morgan to my agent in The Netherlands (Klaaas Booij in Koog a/d Zaan). He will perform the upgrade to 4 piston calipers including adding a servo. I also decided to fit the reaction bars. According to Booij he sticks to the damper blades and don't recommend the rolling bearings, mainly for the expected shimmy. It should result in adding a steering damper, so he advised to keep the damper blades on my 1990 4/4.
We'll see what it brings!
