John, I don't believe anyone would disagree with you on these points. Poor quality can never be excused by adding the label 'Hand Built'. What, I believe, has been debated on TM, either directly or indirectly, are the effective methods to relay dissatisfaction with a product (be that a Morgan or anything else). At times, this last point seems to be the most contentious.
