I managed to access the rear shackles having taken off the rear. However when I remove the rear shelf (wooden part) I get to a screwed down shelf where the jack and toolkit is stored. It does really look like that is intended to be removed ..... But I cannot reach far enough forward from the access created by removing the rear. Despite lots of grease on the rear I have not succeeded in reducing the squeaking. I need to get further forward. Is the shelf with the jack in intended to be removed - it really doesn't look like it should be on my model ? Failing that it will back to the guys at Techniques to do the job for me.
