I have had this small gap at the top of the driver door window since I bought the Aero (series 3) .... bit annoying as with the hood up I get a very annoying whistle at certain speeds.
Just followed twotribes instructions with Dean-Royal 10 second count and bingo, problem solved ... Door window right up when the door closed.
