I'll mention the fact that both the owners and the factory went in to it thinking it would be all about technical details/issues but i'd say 95% of all the discussions were about communication issues we've had with our dealers, the factory and the dealer/factory communications.
You have made several interesting points, Blake, but that one is the most vital in my opinion. It is excellent that Mark Evans has decided to take part in this forum and the direct communication with us the customers is very welcome.
However, it is evident that MMC needs to improve its communication with dealers. For example, my dealer, who is pretty much on the ball, learned from me (following Mark Evans' response to my question on this forum) that the comfort pack/steering kit for 2013 models could be fitted by dealers. He had been trying to get clarification from the factory for some time (while I kept pestering him)...
