If the Supersports is like a S1 Aero 8 it's not exactly the easiest car in the world to jack up at the front. There is a cross member located between the front wheels. I think it's just forward of the wheel axis.
I made up a spreader plate out of very strong angle iron that goes on a super low trolley jack.
