I have 145mm from the back of the steering wheel to the dash measured from the centre ring and at 90* to the dash.
There is a also a spacer removing would taking it down to 125mm but I think I needed that so the horn could work on the centre.
There is room to machine down the Moto-Lita boss some more.
I can dismantle S/W at weekend photo and measure if you like PM your email and I'll send over the info.
I would probably buy a weld on one to experiment and get rid of all the other bits and bobs second time around.
