Cain, I have never really tried Flickr myself but it seems to work fairly well. Mine comes up in Italian because of the settings of my computer but the words will be fairly similar.

The instructions apply to Windows but on a Mac you can highlight the text and then use command c to copy and command v to post text instead of right click, or use ctrl click and that is the same as a right click and will bring up the pop-up menu.

In this case if you go to your album page on Flickr and click on Mog Cockpit so that it is the only photo on the screen (not the enlarged version) you will see a symbol on the bottom like this:
If you hover over it a hint will come up that says something like "Other methods of sharing". Click on that and then click on the link that says something like "Recuperate HTML/BBCode".
Next click on the radio button underneath that labelled "BBCode". That produces the text in the box that the TM forum software uses. (The are simple versions of this text but the Flickr version is rather nice as it includes all the links). Right click with your mouse on the text and select copy from the pop-up menu (if all the text is not automatically selected you must highlight all the text first).

Return to your post in TM, click at the point where you want to insert the photo, the right click and select paste from the pop-up menu.

The following code will be inserted in your post (without the "code" tags naturally)
