You guys complain about the back end sliding out from under you, but I had 654hp on tap all the time. I could light the tires up at 45 mph and in the rain, just drive like I had an egg on the trettle.
At least I was NOT prostreeted so my car was a LOT better than the prostreet guys. I passed a guy in pouring down rain after a car show and he was in a Willys with 18" wide rear tires. He was hydroplaning at any speeds over about 25mph. I passed him and then just waved to him as I sped back up to around 50 mph. I don't think he was too happy with me. He didn't have AC or defrosters and his windshield fogged up pretty badly. I had AC, heater and defroster, what a great thing to have at that time.
