You make a fair point, Peter.
It's just that when it's your hard earned one and a half thousand pounds plus paying someone half a day to put them in, the realities of small scale, low volume production by a very open and enthusiastic company take a back seat to the phrase 'rip-off' or similar!
Hindsight & patience make poor bedfellows..
