If the tax is cancelled as soon as the car s sold does this mean you cannot drive it home even if you have insurance without contacting DVLC? I doubt you would be able to do it online from your phone as the system would not have your details. How are Wheeler Dealer on Discovery going to be able to legally drive their project cars back to the workshop?
To be fair the tax should at least run to the end of the current month. Its another sneaky way of getting more money out of motorists.
