So...it MAY be the case, and it does have a ring of truth, but how we as customers/consumers deal with this because it MAY just be a stealth tax from the insurance companies?
I'm darned if I'm going to stump up an admin charge every time I sell one of my bikes, just to try & stave off some obscure claim against a bike I don't own.
It's not right, I tell you..!!
