Hi there, no one has loaded a Morgan more than me, we have a 4/4 1800 zetec 4 seater and have toured as far as Copenhagen, we use a Librands rack with an American Tourista suitcase to fit and a top bag by Simmonds - essentially a boat bag, with 2 heavy lads in the back and neither wife nor me a tiny either, so perhaps 320 kgs of people and perhaps 30 kgs of stuff.
So at this you have to get the tyres hard (30 psi rear not the 20 advised I run the fronts at 26) or the car will not steer very well, then lose some of your excessive driving enthusiasm, my guess is you will need less than this but more than stock.
