Not sure exactly where the mounting plates are for your roll over bar, but there is a VERY good chance you have trapped or damaged the look going to the rear of the car.
I do my own wiring repairs, but then I have no problem working on such things, however, as Colin (S-J) says, if you aren't confident, let a dealer or auto electrician do it. It's very easy to end up with a burned out wreck...
