It should be possible but there may be a fitting fee and the standard items cost so little I doubt there would be a rebate for those. I had my car fitted, as new, with the sports exhaust (Plus 4 SS type), Moto-Lita steering wheel, and GAZ dampers. I paid Aero Racing separately for these items but I have no idea if they were fitted during, or after construction. I don't think I paid a fitting fee but I did not receive the standard items. At one point I was told that the engine may have to be removed if the exhaust manifold had to be changed so I imagine that that was fitted during construction.

Aero Racing are now distributing the Suplex kits so it should be possible to have the Suplex spring kit fitted at the factory. I have actually been informed that they are fitted standard for some markets. Which markets they are I have no idea but I would assume that that means the distributor for some country liked them so much he wanted his cars fitted with them as standard. I also know that one person made special arrangements to have Suplex fitted to his car during construction.
