There's a point where the tumblehome of the screens changed and according to John Worrall , Steve Simmonds and Allon Whites, the folding mechanism will not work due to the angle. Around 2008 I seem to recall. I tried for ages with my 2010 4/4 to find a solution and gave up. I fitted aero screens and just took off the screen from the body.
I'd love to do something with the Roadster but the cast screen pillars are not quite as simple. I'm hoping a certain dealer may develop a solution one day! A bit more spaniel stroking is needed
