I stand by my comment that our inability to understand real risk is crippling our country. Try just doing your job. No one has ever fallen down the stairs at my place of work yet you will now be reported by your own colleagues for not holding the hand rail at all times.
I also stand by the comment about riding to the conditions of the road and not what the sign says. I think you are safer driving five to ten mph over and concentrating on what your doing than half asleep on the limit.
