What a sorry tale of incompetence by the dealer...not acceptable at all!
I thought that MMCs power rack could be retrofitted to all trads with rack and pinion steering. Am I wrong?
I know two owners who have it and they say it is excellent and for the same reasons you mention have thought of getting one fitted. But £2300 is a bit steep when a new rack for a Audi RS3 is less than £400......
OK I know there is new wiring and so on but really...
