I too don't get that warm cozy feeling amongst some of The MSCC members I have come across at events, with the exception of Curborough which was very welcoming. Whether it is the narrow minded ness regarding an Aero's non standard number plate, or sitting within an inch of my P&J, (was I parking in THEIR group's spot), or rude grumpy old women taking over the cafe at breakfast. Those like that are giving the MSCC a bad name. Michelle Bailey has been a breath of fresh air, and the thus far improvements to Miscellany are very welcome. I will stick with membership to give it time to improve further.
