I am loathe to join my local group of mscc as I don't play golf and I tend to call a spade a spade.
Funny that - it took 9 years before I joined the local section, but only because they had a couple of events that I was quite interested in. Will I renew local section membership? Not sure.
Likewise, I don't play golf and I also speak as I find - 15+ years in the MN saw to that!
