Alignment is way out of true isn't it! From the photos the screw holes do not appear to marry up with other holes? In 2nd photo is that a slim piece of foam on the doorskin? if so is this to stop vibration overall or is it a buffer that the vertical strut should be positioned against? Moving the strut against this foam would pivot the top inwards.
Has Yuri had any experience (he removed the door handles) or did the alcohol kill off the relevant memory cells?
In the last photo there appears to be a "corner" added to your hood material - what's that about?
