The question of Suplex front suspension mods will be dividing the Morgan community for years to come.

I am one of the converts, and for the type of motoring that I do now , manly long distance touring, it is certainly an improvement in ride comfort, and in my opinion it rolls less (but others disagree here)

The steering does feel lighter, and I can see that this won't suit everyone, but it does make it easier to drive at low speeds (e.g. London parking) . There is a slight lack of "feel" at the front in some conditions around the straight ahead position, but this disappears as the steering loads up for a corner. You might feel that you have to "trust" that it is all under control, as it most certainly is. I got used to it in one single drive, and have never regretted my choice.

The only real downside is the amount of time it takes to set it up correctly. With the MMC OE set up you bolt it all together and then leave it until the next rebuild. With Suplex, once bolted up , you need to find the optimum set points , and this does take time, so you do need to allocate some time to playing with it and experimenting. Once found, this point has not changed for me.

I have never thought the steering needed a damper , but mine is a rack and pinion car , not steering box.
