Just spotted this thread!
I was looking at spray on protector a few months ago and asked about it on Pistonheads detailing thread.
Several negative comments in replies so I shied away.
Having read your post my interest has been reawakened.
I have a 2002 Plus8 and hence a complex curved front(Oooooerrr matron!) making the normal film not so easy to apply.
If you are that happy with it then it's a possibility.
How has it performed since application?
Still ok?
