You may have to resort to a watering can while crouched inside with the carpet out.
The first place to look is where the throttle cable (if you have one) passes through the bulkhead, and also where the wiring loom passes through the bulkhead. But also check around the wiper spindles and washer jets. There may also be some holes in the bulkhead vertical face which need grommeting.
