From a previous post -
Check that the channel at the bottom of the side screens is not filling with water and then overflowing down onto the leather on top of the inner "sill". I eventually had to drill drain holes in the outer, front corner of each sidescreen and that cured the problem. Morgan must have identified this as a problem since the side screens on my new Roadster have drain holes from the factory.
