Fully agree and sympathise with Chehire David's points (hope I haven't been too noisy leaving CarFest for last 2 years - certainly my lap of Oulton at 30mph broke no laws laugh2) and I also agree with Graham about the poor standard of English used in the actual petition (he wants legislature rather than legislation to control the moved-in mimbys?).
