Fully agree and sympathise with Chehire David's points (hope I haven't been too noisy leaving CarFest for last 2 years - certainly my lap of Oulton at 30mph broke no laws
) and I also agree with Graham about the poor standard of English used in the actual petition (he wants legislature rather than legislation to control the moved-in mimbys?).
I suspect you make rather more noise pulling away promptly out of Paddington...
Not that I'd call something with two of those MTU 4000s quiet, or a "small German shunter"! Actually as MTU is now owned by Rolls Royce they are British!!
