Peter many thanks for the info which I have duly passed on my friend. I only wish I was riding it with him ..... maybe one day eh!!
I guess I can't complain as this summer we intend riding the Verdon gorge then route Napoleon .... then and at last the Stelvio pass after several attempts because of snow and bad weather stopping us previously.
