I managed to do one more thing during my first session of 'improvements', and that was the gaiters described in Miscellany a few issues ago. These can easily be cut to shape. I was a bit flash grin2 as I had a bit of Mohair so made then from this. Then my 'Seamstress' abilities were tested as I had to sew on some Velcro. They fit great and protect the rebound springs.
