do you think that the black paint dissolves after some years ? Is there someone who thinks that too?

No I don't think the paint will dissolve. Corrosion can get under the edge of paint finishes and spread (filiform corrosion). Being an (ex) aircraft engineer, I know all about that. It is easier to polish a bit of surface corrosion from a natural finish than remove it and restore the painted finish. Easiest of all is to prevent the corrosion in the first place with something like ACF50, a good product.
