To add to the mix, when a bag is strapped onto the rack you can't access the fuel filler! Well, you can if you strap it further rearwards but I'm not happy to have a large bulk with weight too far back.
In reality, it's not a problem because you'll only need a bag on the rack when holidaying two-up, because if you're solo you can stuff the passenger footwell and still have the seat as a sandwich rest.
When we took the three wheeler across the channel last year, my wife and I practiced the Formula One style of refuelling; we'd jump out, and perform some synchronised unclipping of the rack and lift the whole lot off to the rear. Ya gotta have fun when people stand there staring at the car with phone video's going!
The rack has an 'R' clip to hold the spigot into the head hoop - don't lose them and put them in the correct way round..
