I'm with you all on this

The painting is just bizarre and the product of one sick cookie.

commenting as a designer and art appreciator, the imagery and style is too literal to say anything or challenge any preconceptions.

and the inclusion of the grave yard in the background just adds to it's childish naivety.

In my opinion it's just a poor painting that reeks of A level art
or a bad album cover from the 70's
