We had one of the company cars cloned a few years back and the first we knew were the arrival of bus lane and yellow box fines.
We disputed these and the argument was rejected, fortunately all our vehicles are fitted with trackers so we went back and provided the logs so they claims were dropped. How we would have proved this without these records is impossible to know.
This was then followed by police phoning the office as the car had failed to stop at an accident, again we could prove it wasn't in the area but they suggested changing the number plate.
