I would order the mesh grille from a Morgan dealer or Heart of England Motors
I agree with Stewart. You will need to put a convex shape into the mesh to fit behind the grill and this will cause problems with the cut edges more than likely coming apart. The made up mesh grilles are welded and have a perimeter wire around them to hold the shape and cut down the chance of paintwork damage from raw edges.
