Surely 2000 - 10000 miles can't be right? I noticed that only a couple of people have had their sprockets replaced under warranty, everyone else has been refused, and had to buy a new one themselves. In the UK at least, there must be a claim against the seller of not being of merchantable quality.

Has anyone actually taken things this far, and if not, why not?
