That's what I think happened to me!
Going for a long run I may have "squeezed every drop" into the tank.
I tend to hold back these days and no faults being flagged up since.
I cleared the code with my code reader.
I also try to avoid jumping into the car, starting, blast off ....to try to allow the system to clear as the engine warms up without high demand for fuel.
