Most regular branded fuel nowadays has around 4% Ethanol I believe, horrid stuff, even for cars supposedly built ethanol tolerate after 2011. I use higher Octane in the Morgan and Cooper S and yes it 10p a litre more but find I get better mpg around 10% and it actually works out slightly cheaper, non branded is worse for ethanol content and often will have few if any additives for cleaning.
