But having tried to polish glass scratches left by our decorators on toughened glass using paint scrapers - it's not easy, it's messy and only successful on light scratches


To add to this, you need a powered polishing mop in something like a Dremel. With this, you can polish out quite big scratches, I've done it when I got the three wheeler aeroscreens reglazed. My neighbour has done it too, I supplied the jewellers rouge for her.

You still need to have patience though, it's not a quick job.
