I'm trying to find a dual circuit (tandem) brake master cylinder to replace the single-circuit stock unit on the +4.

I just received the "upgraded tandem" unit from Morgan Spares. It looks wonderful, but will not clear my gear reduction starter. This wouldn't be an issue if the car was LHD which it looks like the kit MS sells is geared for.

I have ordered a Subaru BRAT/Brumby/Shifter MC, but am worried I may also have clearance issues against the starter. Wanted to know if anyone could confirm this would fit. The main difference between the MS unit and the Subaru one is that the MS outlets are on the left side of the MC body, angled right at the starter, whereas the Subaru outlets are straight down, with bleed screws angled towards the starter.

I did find one other master cylinder from Wilwood that has the outlets angled down, and the bleed screws to the right, away from the starter. The only problem is that it's a 1" bore instead of the OEM 3/4". I went ahead and ordered this too to maybe play around with. My pedal is already stiff enough though.

Any Ideas?
